By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
No Returns / Refunds
All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances after the order has been delivered.
This means that once the product is received by the customer, the product cannot be returned and no refund will be issued.
No Inspection Upon Delivery
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, inspection, fitting, opening, or trying the product upon delivery is not allowed.
The courier is only responsible for delivering the order and collecting the payment if the order is cash on delivery.
Customers are kindly requested to check the package after receiving it, not during delivery.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is only available in one case:
If the product has a clear manufacturing defect.
The exchange request must be reported to us within 24 hours from receiving the order.
To request an exchange due to a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us and provide:
Order number
Clear photos or videos showing the manufacturing defect
Product photos showing that the item has not been used
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange due to a manufacturing defect:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The product must include all original tags and accessories, if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions, or if the issue is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Cases Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchange or return in the following cases:
Size issue after delivery
Change of mind
Customer did not like the product
Color difference due to screen lighting or photography
Product was used, washed, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging
Customer selected the wrong size or product
Any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect
Exchange Process
If the manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team, we will arrange the exchange process with the customer.
The replacement will be for the same product, subject to availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer another suitable replacement product.
